Under Romanian consumer-protection law the following mechanisms are available:
- ANPC — the National Authority for Consumer Protection, for complaints: anpc.ro
- SAL — alternative dispute resolution, the SAL directorate within ANPC: anpc.ro/ce-este-sal
- SOL — the EU online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
