We process personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable Romanian law.

What we collect

• Contact form: name, e-mail address, phone (optional) and your message.
• Orders: name, e-mail, phone and shipping address, required to fulfil the contract.

Purpose and legal basis

Data is used solely to answer enquiries, process orders and issue the related fiscal documents (performance of a contract, art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and to meet legal archiving obligations (art. 6(1)(c)).

Retention

Contact messages — up to 2 years; order data — for the legally required fiscal retention periods.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian supervisory authority ANSPDCP (www.dataprotection.ro).

Recipients

Only providers strictly necessary for operation (courier, invoicing, payment processor), each bound by confidentiality obligations. We never sell personal data.
