By using this website you fully accept these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any provision, please do not use the site.
2. Site operator
The site is operated by the company whose identification details (name, VAT number, Trade Registry number, address) are shown in the site footer and on the contact page.
3. Orders and prices
All prices include VAT and are expressed in Romanian lei (RON). Orders are confirmed by e-mail. The operator may cancel an order in case of an obvious pricing error or unavailability, with notice to the customer.
4. Intellectual property
The content of this site (texts, images, graphics) belongs to the operator or its partners and may not be reproduced without written consent.
5. Liability
The operator makes reasonable efforts to keep information accurate but does not guarantee the absence of errors. Liability is limited as allowed by applicable law.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes are settled amicably or by the competent courts in Romania.
Returns and the right of withdrawal
Under Romanian law (GEO 34/2014), a consumer may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, without having to justify the decision.
- Withdrawal is notified in writing, to the e-mail address in the site footer, within those 14 days.
- The product is returned in the condition in which it was received, complete and with its original packaging; return shipping is borne by the customer unless agreed otherwise.
- Refunds are issued within at most 14 days of being informed of the withdrawal, using the same payment method.
- The exceptions provided by law (customised goods, sealed goods unsealed for hygiene reasons) continue to apply.
Displaying reduced prices (Omnibus)
Under the Omnibus Directive, transposed into Romanian law by GO 5/2023, every price reduction announcement also shows the lowest price applied in the 30 days preceding the reduction. The crossed-out price next to a product is that reference price, not a theoretical list price.
Price history is kept for every product (and for every variant, where a product has variants), so that the displayed reduction can be verified.
Reservation policy
A table reservation becomes firm only after our confirmation (by e-mail or phone) — a request sent through the website is a request, not a confirmed reservation.
- The table is held for 15 minutes after the reserved time; after that it may be released if the restaurant is full.
- Cancellation is possible at any time, through the link in the confirmation e-mail or by phone; please let us know in advance so the table can be offered to someone else.
- For large groups or private events we may ask for an additional confirmation, communicated when the reservation is made.
- The details left when you reserve (name, phone, e-mail) are used solely to manage the reservation.
Bookings, advance payment and cancellation policy
A booking request sent through the website does not definitively block the period: the booking becomes firm after our written confirmation.
- Advance payment: on confirmation we may request an advance (the applicable percentage is stated in the confirmation e-mail, together with the payment link). The balance is paid on site unless agreed otherwise. Where no advance is required, the full amount is paid on site.
- Cancellation more than 14 days before the start date: the advance is refunded in full.
- Cancellation 7–14 days before: 50% of the advance is retained.
- Cancellation less than 7 days before, or a no-show: the advance is not refunded.
- Accommodation services for a specific date are exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal (art. 16(l) of GEO 34/2014) — hence the cancellation policy above.
- Changing the dates is possible subject to availability, at no extra cost if announced at least 14 days in advance.
