Open-space office refit, 320 sqm

Acoustic partitioning, zoned lighting and a fully rebuilt electrical installation, with the office staying operational throughout.
Context
The client needed 24 workstations, two meeting rooms and a break area, without moving the team out during the works.
What we did
- drywall partitions with 100 mm mineral wool (acoustic separation between rooms)
- 6 new socket circuits and a secondary panel
- zoned lighting with presence sensors in the meeting rooms
Outcome
The site was split into three two-week stages, executed outside office hours. Zero days of closed office.
