Full installations and finishes for a 140 sqm house: underfloor heating, new panel, renders and flooring.
Context
A shell-and-core house taken over from another contractor, with the plumbing only partly done.
What we did
- rebuilt the plumbing distribution and ran a 6 bar, 24-hour pressure test
- four-zone underfloor heating with manifold and thermostats
- renders, skim coats and flooring, plus sanitary fixtures
Outcome
Final handover in 11 weeks, with a written report for every test.
